✔ The O.E. bushes can be removed without the rack having to be removed;
✔ Jack/hoist the vehicle up and support on jack stands, remove the under covers;
✔ Remove the 2 main bolts on the driver's side and the 1 off bolt and bracket on the passenger side;
✔ Using suitable washers, nuts, receiver and threaded rod extract the OE bushes from drivers side the rack. These are rubber encapsulated and are easily removed; bushing on the passenger side the bushing should easily unwrap off the rack;
✔ Using emery tape clean any burrs. Wipe clean with a rag and apply the grease to the new bushes, crush tubes and the rack;
✔ Noting the position of the bushes in the above diagram push in the new bushes by hand and using multi grips or similar push in the metal crush tube;
✔ Using the original bolts and brackets refasten the rack to the vehicle and refit under covers;
✔ Wheel align vehicle.
