✔ Take out the two main bolts located on the driver's side, as well as the single bolt and bracket assembly on the passenger side.

✔ Use emery tape to smooth off any burrs or rough spots. Then wipe the area clean with a rag, and apply the provided grease to the new bushes, crush tubes and the contact surfaces of the rack.
✔ Align the new bushes according to the orientation shown in the diagram. Press the bushes into place by hand, then use multi-grips or a similar tool to insert the metal crush tubes fully.
✔ Secure the steering rack back to the vehicle using the original bolts and brackets, then reinstall the underbody covers.
✔ Perform a full wheel alignment on the vehicle after completing the installation.
