● Note: Polyurethane bushes must be fitted to both sides of the vehicle.
✔ Wheel-align the vehicle before the job is started and note settings;
✔ With the vehicle on jack stands and the wheels unsupported, remove the lower control arms, the drive shaft will have to be removed from the hub;
✔ Remove the original bushes including the steel shell;
✔ Using the appropriate pressing tools support the control arm and press in the new bushes according to your desired setting. Note the orientation that the bushes should be installed, Figure 01 and Figure 02;

● Note: use flat plate that covers the end of the bush, DO NOT press on the shell.
✔ Apply the white grease supplied to the bore of the bush and the steel crush tubes. Push in the crush tubes (Note if you have purchased RFK4786XK you can stagger the crush tubes to +/- caster);
✔ Refit the control arms to the car, making sure you tighten the bolts with the arm held at 90 degrees to the mounts to give you the maximum camber/caster offset;
✔ Re-assembly the rest of the car. Carry out a wheel alignment;
✔ Note manufacture's torque setting must be used on all bolts and nuts.

● Depending on the kit you have purchased, both camber and caster can be adjusted. Check the before wheel alignment to see what setting you require:
✔ RFK4785K – standard replacement kit.
✔ RFK4786K – camber +/- both sides, approx. 0.5 degree change (has 4 offset bushes & 4 standard tubes).
✔ RFK4786XK – camber/caster +/- both sides, approx. 1 degree camber change (has 4 offset bushes & 4 offset tubes).
