Instructions Steering Rack - Mount Bushings
● Note: These components must be fitted by a qualified person only, as per the manufacturers' service manual. Also, all relevant safety procedures are followed in addition to the following. Photos are an indication and may vary slightly in appearance from the actual product.

Raise vehicle evenly and safely support.
● Note - all bushings can be replaced while Rack is in vehicle.
Un-bolt the steering rack, cross member and rear engine mount bolts. Disconnect ball joints and remove cross member + front swaybar.
● Note - the OE bushings are rubber only (no steel outer shell) - they will pop out with ease.
✔ Using suitable washers, nuts, receiver and threaded rod extract the OE bushes from the rack. These are rubber encapsulated and are easily removed;
✔ Once bushings are removed, use emery paper, then a rag to clean aluminium housing with of any dirt or oil.
