✔ Forged Steel Stabilizer Bar Links are core connecting components engineered for off-road operating conditions and heavy-duty suspension systems.
✔ Manufactured via one-piece hot forging process from high-quality medium carbon steel, each unit is heated to high temperature and forged in a single stroke using a 10,000-ton hydraulic press. This eliminates the risk of stress concentration inherent to traditional welded structures.
✔ The shank of every link undergoes precision CNC machining to control the dimensional tolerance of the center distance between the two end ball joints within ±0.5 mm. It serves as a direct replacement for OEM parts and is also applicable for suspension geometry correction after chassis lifting.
✔ The surface adopts a dual-layer electrophoretic coating plus epoxy powder spraying treatment. It passes over 720 hours of salt spray testing, delivering reliable protection against mud, de-icing agents and chemical corrosion.
✔ Each rod end is fitted with self-lubricating polyurethane bushings and heat-treated alloy steel ball studs. The ball studs feature high-frequency induction hardening on the surface, reaching hardness of HRC 58–62, with wear resistance 3 times higher than ordinary counterparts.
✔ This series is available in multiple length specifications ranging from 6 inches to 14 inches, covering mainstream off-road models including Jeep Wrangler, Toyota Land Cruiser and Ford Bronco. Assembly Instructions

 

✔ Before installing Forged Steel Stabilizer Bar Links, place the vehicle on a level lift to fully unload the front axle (wheels off the ground), and confirm the stabilizer bar is free and torsion‑free.
✔ When removing the factory link, spray penetrating lubricant onto the mounting bolts, wait 5 minutes, then loosen using an impact wrench or ratchet wrench to avoid thread damage.
✔ During installation of the new link, ensure the "UP" marking on the forged steel shank faces upward, and the tapered surface of the ball joint faces the steering knuckle lug seat. Insert the upper and lower ball studs into the end hole of the stabilizer bar and the mounting hole of the lower control arm respectively. Fit the supplied lock nuts (M14×2.0 fine thread) and pre‑tighten loosely - do not fully torque at this stage.
✔ Next, slowly jack up the axle to the vehicle's loaded ride height (the distance from wheel center to wheel arch equals the calibrated value specified in the manual). Under this posture, use a torque wrench to tighten the nuts to the specified torque.
Finally, turn the steering wheel fully left and right twice. Verify no interference or abnormal noise, then recheck the torque of all fasteners.
