Front and Rear

Jack the vehicle up and put on stands/hoist;

The radius arm can be removed with the vehicle at ride height and on the ground as long as only one trailing arm is removed at a time and a bottle jack or similar is used to stop the differential from twisting;

Remove the front radius arm. It may be necessary to loosen the nuts on both side arms;

With the use of a hydraulic press and suitable pressing tools, press out the factory rubber bush including the shell;

Clean and remove any burrs in the housing area;

Grease up the new polyurethane bush and press it into the housing. When fitting the crush tube, apply the grease on the outside of the steel crush tube and the bore of the bush;

Wipe off any excess grease and refit the arm in the reverse order of removal, repeat the procedure for the other arm and recheck and record the wheel alignment figures.
